Visit to the first half of G.W. I arrived 10 minutes before the opening. I waited for about 30 minutes. I ordered hamburg and katsu curry. This restaurant is a Japanese-style restaurant. A hamburg with cheese (not steak) and rice with pork cutlets are special ! Good Japanese style Western restaurant. A little hard to spot from the road. We felt like we were walking into someone’s home. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The menu is in Japanese only. I would definitely recommend the cheeseburger. It is not like a cheeseburger I’ve ever had before. It is served without a bun in a red wine(? sauce.

Kusatsu offers a number of restaurant options but one of the best is Donguri. I ordered the French onion soup and Demi glacé beef patty. Now, a couple of reviews argue that the Demi glacé sauce is to heavy; please ignore those because it is simply divine!! Seriously delicious. And a friend of mine ordered the tonkatsu curry and allowed me a taste, dynamite!! My wife and I loved it so much that we ordered one to go. Oh, skip the soup. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

白身魚の蒸し煮白ワインソース・牛タンシチュー・どんぐり風ハンバーグ・カツカレー・ポークカツレツミラノ風を食べました！どれも美味しかったのですが、個人的におすすめしたいのは白身魚の蒸し煮白ワインソースです！！魚介の旨味をしっかり感じられる濃厚なソースでした！！盛りがいいのはカレー系とスパゲッティ系です！ 次行く機会があれば、ペスカトーレ食べてみたいです！
