Latifa Cafe Restaurant Bar - Konstanz

During my exchange year in Konstanz, my friends and I came here several times to have dinner. Many dishes cost less than 10 euro but the portion is not small at all. Cocktails are not so expensive, either. What surprised me the most was that they open on Christmas.

The latifa is a Turkish restaurant with a very extensive menu, which invites especially for the smaller starving. in summer also large free-seat in front of the door. friendly staff,

We just went here on a Sunday afternoon to have a coffee and a piece of Baklava. Since the Baklava was not fresh (which on the one hand is understandable) it was not great. It was served with grenadine syrup which we personally did not like. The coffee was also not the best and not really hot when served. The terras however is lovely with an excellent location on a square.

We sat outside and enjoyed being there. They have an indoor eating area as well.The service was good and so was the food. We ordered vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food and it all tasted good. A word of caution about some of the chairs.There is a chance you could topple over!
