Nama Sushi Cedar Bluff - Knoxville

Found this restaurant while passing through the Knoxville area. Sushi was decent and came out quick. Service was good as well. Worth the try.

Went here on my professor's recommendation. Cool atmosphere, appeared clean. Had the Atlantic roll and banana tempura. The salmon on top of the roll practically melted in my mouth, and the banana tempura was soft and came with a thick chocolate sauce. The edamame was also fun to eat. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. I didn't see the desserts on the menu so be sure to ask, I'm sure the staff could rattle it off for you.

All well except four of us sat too small on a table to keep our menus as well. it was too full.

Great dinner! was not full at all. maybe you could have served without a reservation, but nicely know that we can just walk in and sit!

Our server has made a great job! the sashimi was wonderful. but the dinner that my husband had, made with beef tips, was tuff and chewing gum. my shrimp iced soup was just okay!
