Domino's Pizza - Knoxville

Best dominos ordering experience I have! I ordered online and it was so fast and everything was right and the driver even called me to let me know that my order was at the doorstep. fantastic!

The people are great! However, the process of getting my order times too late, or it has broken down, or need to pick it up when the app says delivery in 20-37 minutes is ridiculous. I never had a smooth ordering process here. they are probably terribly understated and need more for a highly populated student area. also for those in the 37920 Zip code, @dominos please let them load on chapman actually deliver to take some stress from these youngs.

Placed an order around 2 hours before they closed for delivery. Waited 45 minutes to only then receive a notification that my order had been cancelled. If I could leave zero stars, I would, as this is no way to run a business. Of course, wait an hour to let me know you can’t make my order so all the other restaurants in the area can close and leave me with nothing to eat for dinner.

They're facing the problem a lot of places are in not having enough staff, so the company that built pizza delivery can't. I realize it's out of their hands to some extent, but I'm deleting the app from my phone after this post.

They NEVER listen to my order. How hard is it to read an online order? I get the garlic seasoned crust EVERY TIME and they NEVER put it on. Maybe one out of three times they do it.
