Chick-fil-a West Hills - Knoxville

This is the fastest chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to. (and I’ve even worked at a couple! . The food was fresh and they gave me everything I asked for in the bag! I was in and out of the drive through in less than 5 minutes. 10 stars!

Just a quick meet up with friends for lunch, but after waiting for over 30 minutes the food was cold and when staff was asked about it. They said reach out to the owner. Owner never returned a message.

As always a great experience! Good food and atmosphere. Although this is one of the more difficult ones to get in and out of.

A big shout out to Heather today she did an absolute awesome job friendly outgoing and amazing customer service skills and has a great smile keep up the good work
