We waited almost 20 minutes before we got our food.Never going back.
Went thru 1:33 am 4/14/24. Simple order, but was given 1% milk. Dislike 1%, wasn 't told it was 1% receipt says whole milk . Ask for a refund you 'd thought I ask for the safe combination. Rudeness from drive thru and Mgr on duty. One of the reasons i stray from FF, but What do you expect in today 's America!! Never again......
I love breakfast at Whataburger. So many options. My favorite is the bacon egg and cheese Jalapeño biscuit, and fast service so we could get back on the road.
These guys should get 10 stars out of 5. The app hasn't been working for us in over a month and I have gift cards on it and lots of points to redeem. I pulled up to the speaker, told them I wanted to use the app to redeem points but it hasn't been working and I've called HQ several times to complain and they do nothing. They asked me to pull around to Lane B. Someone came out with the tablet and when I told them I wanted to use all my points (hoping to delete my account and make a new one to see if that fixes their broken app), they said ok and took each item on our order, input it as a separate order so we could redeem all the points. Very patient, friendly and helpful! Good job managers for training your staff well. Thank you!
