Thank you to the Show Daytripper for showing us this place. The service is amazing. Our server has a quiet attentive demon that was perfect during a lunch hour. Let's go to dinner. Hubby enjoyed the ribs. Moist, delicately perfectly cooked. Cooked with a sauce that was a touch sweet. Its sides of the potato caserole were tasty cheesy; spicy Mac 'n cheese has creamy sauce and a hint of jalapeno. My record of turkey and brisket was a plentiful. The turkey was wet had a nice smoke taste. The star of this record was the BRISKET. What a taste! It was tender, not salty, delicious smoke taste melted in my mouth. Had leftovers, and no place for dessert, so hopefully I can update the next time. * was not impressed by the Koleslaw because it was sweet, but potato salad made for him

Great food. Baked Potato Cuprole was amazing and the turkey was heavenly! My daughter had a brisket and she wants this for dinner every day! The spicy Mac and cheese is a good turn on a classic favorite. Love that they warm towels after for you to clean with! Our waitress was great! The interior is very loud and very illuminated so that people with bad eyes (like I) are careful! You don't have an actual menu, the server just tells you what they KISS method, they don't have a great variety, but what they do, they have damn good! Worth waiting and the Cobbler should die!
