Service can hit or miss, but the food was always sooo good! The best time to get tortillas is when the lady makes them fresh and they are not disappointed! Love of Salsa and Fajitas

Worst experience ever! Today for lunch with man and 3 small children. Waited for 10 minutes. The waitress spilled some of our drinks and had to reopen them. I didn't offer any refills. Ordnete Tortillas 3 times and finally she had to go because we don't get them with our chips/salsa. Wait for the waitress to take order and eat. My sons taco was wrong, manager came over to make sure he wanted a cheese taco and explained what it was. Yes, we knew what it was, we ordered it from the children's menu! Just a terrible lunch experience and they weren't even busy! Don't get back to this place. Too chaotic, too slow, unfriendly, and food was only moderate. Don't waste your time or money.

When ordering steak fingers, is it too much to ask for the get all fresh steak fingers? Not 3 old ones and 2 fresh ones? Why not just drop to order if I have to wait 10 minutes for my order anyways.

Just ordered a puck up order got bean and cheese nachos.. 6 chips and some poorly melted cheese. 4 pieces of shrimp on my fajita platter. Funny how it looks so much different when u dine in.

I'm originally from Longview. I visited Kilgore regularly. I made a call today. On my arrival I was greeted towards the bar. Where I waited for a few minutes. No bartender or heavier came to wait for me. Finally, I was flying, I suppose the young man is waiting for me. The manger was polite and went and got my order. But I didn't have any cuts or napkins. And it was almost 22:30. The bar was covered with plates and cups and napkins and cutlery. And the next table. The whole young staff stood around the front door, talked and played. Not to mention, I spent almost $30 on two meals That's cool. But think the man almost forgot to return my change.
