The receptionist are too slow at service the guests. Room are spacious, enjoyed the sea view. Need some improvement in interiors.

Just used there bathroom one off the nastiest bathroom I have ever been ! No hand soap and pee everywhere in the floor! Really feel awful to see this.

Since the check in, I suppose to be checked in between 3-4 however it toke 2 hrs more I checked in at 5:18pm. The deputy manager is rude. One of the rooms’ A/C...
