Icons Coffee Couture - Dammam

Ambiance is great, place is cozy which is the reason I visited here. BUT, one of the waiters in the picture have a low level mind and very poor attitude. First, he didn't allow me to sit in a sofa and he said it's for family only (while there were two Saudi men sitting in another sofa on the other side!! Second, he refused to take my order. I told him TWO TIMES I wanted to order. And he just pointed out at another server with his CHIN, refusing to take my order. I sat for the good 15 MINUTES waiting no one to take my order, so I left after filing complain to the greeter lady. Management, please RE-TRAIN your staff not to discriminate customers. I don't feel I would ever want to spend my money again in a place whose staff are not interested in serving expatriates.

Gorgeous place with amazing and delicious foods. All the chocolate is sugar free and tastes amazing. The music is soothing and relaxing with live piano playing.

We were party of 5, we were seated immediately although place was packed, good crowd thu. I like the background music and view make it good for breakfast. I am very sensitive to the fried smell and it was the killer !! Yak. It made the place like NY street dinner!!! That 's why for the one star rating!! I ordered Rocco halloumi said and Hawaiian burger bun sandwich. Halloumi was not fresh you can tell, I cancelled the sandwich after it 's arrived because it was not as it said in the menu slice of chicken it was smoked slice which I dislike!! I like how they included the calories count for the plates I would give 5 start if I exclude the smell and have fresh chicken!!

Icons is a Caffe shop and a restaurant located at the second floor . The atmosphere in this Cafe is good if it not crowded. Food is average, I try the belgian waffle with banana and chocolate ice-cream. The waffle itself was perfect but the banana and ice-cream wasn't that good. In the ice-cream noticed water crystal from the re freezing of the ice-cream. Overall it's avrage over priced that you can go for atmosphere but not for the food.

Fancy hotel style coffee shop Have very nice sitting area indoor and outdoor with very nice view But the menu is poor of choice And prices is very high for very small amount of food over all its nice place to visit And I enjoy my time there
