Mcdonald's - Keokuk

Pretty fine. On occasion theyll forget things, but pretty reliable for mcdonalds!

Not much food for the money and wasn't that good. It used to be ok but now it's disappointing

Used kiosk... Ended up couldn't pay at it! Went to counter just to stand and have workers just look at me and walking by! Then when a kid FINALLY came to register he was going back and forth from the register to HIS PHONE.... SNAPCHAT!!!!!! Then I ordered in... Sat at table with table tent...#13... They called my order from the counter... In a TO GO bag!!!!! What the heck is wrong with things these days

This was a return trip,due to the fact the gave me a McRib that was without a doubt dropped on the floor. I open the messy box to find top bun on top of bottom bun,ontop of meat. It was horrible. I can't believe it was sent out the window.When I called they told me they would put a note up that I got a free one. But when I went to get my free one ,I was told ,well I was not working that night so you can't have it. That is totally messed up..I have contacted corporate office on this matter. So Go there at your own risk. And GOOD LUCK.

This location often gets orders wrong. If you are in the drive-thru don't leave until you check your food. Even getting back in line to have them fix things is like pulling teeth.
