Taco Bell - Keokuk

Stopped in for lunch on 2/16 this Keokuk location and lemme tell you first off the workers in the back clearly wanted everyone to know how they hate work there and was sick n tired of making peoples food and swearing every other word. If this is how it’s done in Iowa man that’s funny. Food was decent except the chips, they tasted like they was fried in 10w30. Clean them fryers !

They were out of sour cream, jalapeño sauce, and dorrito taco shells, but it was still all an option when ordering online. Didn't find out until I was picking up the food after it was paid for. I had food missing plus the items they were out of. I'm out around $15 and was told there is no way to refund the difference. But hey, I got a card for a couple of free soft shell tacos...

It's pretty common when I come to this branch that they're out of something which isn't their fault. They've been out of cheese shells ...drinks...that being said my orders usually always right when I get it.Vegetarian options: They have taco salads and various non meat items such as cheese roll ups and burrito varieties.Parking: Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are easy accessible height and room available.

Found this in my grilled cheese burrito. 9/10 they’re always out of something that I really want and NOW I find this in my food. I give up.

It was Terrible, there was hardly Any Meat on our foods..U have to Order ur food on a Damm Computer, the Workers look Trashy n Dirty..they put our food on the counter after it was ready n walked away without saying Anything but ur name!!! There was NO THANK U or ANYTHING, WE WERE STANDING RIGHT THERE..THEY WERNT EVEN BUSY!!WE WONT BE GOING BACK!!!SO BAD N SAD??
