Big City Diner

More like a bump above Denny’s for a breakfast/ brunch place. They were understaffed for sure. Another waitress took my order since the person working the bar didn’t even acknowledged I sat down. How can one person in the same stressful environment (short staffed) be super friendly and the other very unfriendly. Maybe she’s having a bad day because of short staff but still, you can at least say welcome and I’ll be right with you. I even had to grab my own straw, fork and napkin from the side of the bar. This place was a pit stop from a morning ride. I was looking forward to a good meal and a nice place. Well now you know.

Had a salad and sandwich. It was good and filling. They didn't have a dressing I like, so had to settle for something else.

Great friendly staff. There are so many options to choose from. It will take tif a while to pick. Asking the amazing waitress what to order, and she gave us 6 more options, lol. Definitely recommend you try this restaurant or for a few meals. Doesn't hurry that it's inside a mall.

Local eatery, that is ok. Nothing special, nothing wow. It kind of feels like it is slowly just fading away. The food was ok. Service was ok. The atmosphere was kind of an old neglected feeling... kind of dingy and just not alive.

The hamburgers were made with big, juicy patties and were very tasty. Eating the loco moco was dreamy. I loved the freshly made, ono, Caesars Salad! My grandson loved his buttery grilled cheese sandwich! And the kids ate free! because it was a kids- eat-free-Thursday! So awesome! Our server was quick, got our orders right and she was so personable. Our whole experience was wonderful! Kid-friendliness: The kids had a lot of fun because they could watch the TV screens while they ate.
