Hibachi - Kailua

Poke is Hawaii's favorite food and I wanted to know why! As Poke Newbie I have many different Poke places in Oahu and Hibachi is by far the best! They sell real fresh Poke bowls at a very reasonable price! After sampling various species and flavors I ordered Ginger Shoyu Salmon Poke! Oh, man, it was tasteful! If you're in Hawaii, go for food! A mini mart with all kinds of poke and things on sticks. Poke is cubed to order, and all kinds of meat colds in marinade, ready to go to the grill. We're stuck with the Poke today, but I want to look at the spits again. The diversity was impressive, and they all looked irresistible.

Why such a low evaluation?! You were here three times this trip and everything was delicious. Lambs are the best! Fast service fair price quality food

The Poke is amazing here. Made with very fresh local fish, this stuff is delicious. I work as a diving instructor next to this place, and it's always the first place I visit when I'm back in dry land. Don't miss! Get some poke, a good beer and enjoy a quick lunch on the Lanai.

Our first time at Hibachi, and our first time eating Poke WOW!! It's a cute little market with parking in the back. The young man who helped us was super charismatic and gave us great service. We split a regular bowl with ginger salmon, oyster ahi and tako. It was all phenomenal, but we did get another half pound of tako to add to our 1/4 pound. YUM, Highly Recommend!!
