Red Hot and Blue - Joplin

A truly solid culinary experience. her watch soda was made with real cane sugar, and ananas cream soda was sooo good! the fried jalapenos were nicely baked and we had nothing that was not tasty in our meals. the sweet kartoffel fries with zimtbutter were a highlight. definitiw will return.

Amazing local bbq, the ribs are amazing with the melassesauce. we love the fried mais on the cob and many other objects. atmosphere is fantastic, many music memorabilia

So sad that this place is closed at the beginning of the next month. it is the only restaurant that was consistently good every time! great atmosphere!

I liked the music blues. I liked the calm atmosphere laid down. eating really quickly. tim was a great waiter who made good suggestions and made sure that we took care of it. the chicken and brisket juicy. the dry ripening were good. they were thick and sweet spicy. the red potato salad was good. my favorites were the brisket and dry rubbing ribs. I liked the cinnamon spread they serve with brot. Maybe it was because we went to a strange time, but our eating wasn't all the same hot we both said that the only negative loved the service over all very good experience. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. they come hungry to share full good portion sizes or have left remnants.

Since I was visiting from out of town I was really hoping to have some good BBQ while I was down here. Sadly when I got here the pulled pork and the ribs were sold out when we got here. Even though I wasn’t able to try those I was still able to try the burger they had with brisket. The burger was very good and was recommended from one of the wait staff when we were informed the other two types of meat were sold out. The service was wonderful and the wait staff is VERY nice and helpful! I hope to visit here in the future on a road trip once again.
