A rare incorrect order. I went back, talked to a manager, and when they gave me the right sandwich, I asked for a lemonade. When they rang it up, I was very disappointed that they couldn't comp the drink after I took my time and gas to drive back when they got my order wrong. Don't they know that an unhappy customer is going to tell others? Too bad the manager didn't have the authority to comp $4! And they lost my business for catering too. All of this was communicated to 2 managers, but they did nothing. Sheesh!! Not coming back.
