89 Gourmet Deli - Jamaica

Been here for years, great guys, definitly recommend this store.

So far so good. Today is my 2nd time ordering off Uber Eats. Love that I can order a sandwich and have it delivered especially on nights when you don't feel like going out. The two sandwiches tonight were salami, provolone lettuce Mayo sweet peppers salt vinegar on a hero. Sorry no pics Sandwiches have been consumed. The 2nd sandwich was turkey American cheese lettuce tomato Mayo pepper on sliced wheat bread. Sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Will order again from them. Great deli.

The best deli around. Good people, great food and convenience. A mosaic of people frequent the deli for free thinking discussions. (If you are lucky enough to be there at the right time) Brings a sense of community to the neighborhood.

The internet states that the restaurant opens at 1:00 PM, but the sign on the door indicates 11:00 AM. However, in reality, they locked the doors at 10:00 AM with the lights off and refused entry to those trying to buy food.

When it arrived, it was beautifully packaged in foil and paper, keeping everything warm and fresh. The Mayor Sandwich includes a delicious mix of chicken, speck, mozzarella, and fries, all perfectly roasted in a hero. The filling was so good that I ended up saving half for later because I was so full after devouring that beef patty! I've ordered from here three more times since then, and each experience has been consistently excellent. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos this time, but I promise to update with some next visit!
