Bidrage med feedbackI ordered an Ice coffee and a donut. Bothe were delicious! I liked the coffee better than Starbucks! The employees were polite and friendly. I think the orders could have been done a little quicker but the donut and coffee was delicious so I will still give it 5 Stars!
15 minutes ago 11.14 pm ish November. 11.22 left Krispy Kreme on Cassat I ordered two chocolate covered and one glazed my total was $4.99 and I ended up getting two glazed and one chocolate covered and I didn't even get the penny you just lost a customer also posted on my Facebook that the world can see
Customer beware. I was in Krispy Kreme this morning buying myself what I thought was a hot pumpkin latte and my coworker two regular glazed donuts. The baker gave me two donuts and the cashier asked me twice what I wanted to drink and I told her twice that I wanted a hot pumpkin latte. I noticed that the bag for the donuts looked a little small but I didn?t think anything of it until the cashier rang me up for two minis. I looked at the bag of donuts and asked her to confirm if they were minis or regular glazed, and she said they were minis, which was not what I ordered. However, I think the cashier was new because she didn?t really know how to work the register, and I was ready to go, so I just took what I had and left. When I got inside my car and took a sip of what I thought was a pumpkin latte, I discovered I was sipping mocha flavored milk. I had already driven away and really didn?t feel like going back to the KK to get the correct order, so I just said never again will I go to this location ever again. It must be something about the Cassat area where the restaurants get your orders wrong because a while ago I had to correct my order from Dunkin Donuts just a few feet away from KK. Smh
Ordered the Halloween Specialty doughnuts online for pickup and when I arrived, they were out. I just swapped out the doughnuts for regular doughnuts but the variety was very slim. The gentleman helping me wasn't very helpful. I didn't get angry or upset and become a Karen. Since I couldn't have what I originally ordered, I wanted another dozen of fresh, hot doughnuts separately. The sign was on. He wanted to give me a box that had been sitting on the counter since before I walked in the door and swore up and down that he just got them off the line, which I knew wasn't true. So when the young lady in charge got me a fresh dozen, he argued with her about getting me a different box of doughnuts. She was extremely helpful. I could tell she was tired but she kept on smiling and tried to get me what I needed. The website should make it clear that if a particular variety isn't available, you can't order it. It's frustrating when you order something online and pay for it and when you pick it up, it's unavailable. It would be nice to know that beforehand. This was on a Saturday night so I understand they are busy. It would save them a lot of aggravation from angry customers that aren't able to get what they have already paid for. Walk ins get what is available. Online orders, order what is supposed to be available. There should be a way to monitor when the store is out.
There is a supervisor-in-training named Jason who served us well on Oct. 8th, 2022 at 7:53p.m. He and his staff were very friendly, courteous, and polite to my daughter and myself. He personally bagged our order items, answered our questions about the light with knowledge and a smile and made our night. A member of his team informed us of a great promotion to get a dozen glazed donuts for only $2 extra and Jason took care of our transaction quickly and we left with a sweet family experience from our local Krispy Kreme. Thank you to all who serve and serve well!!!
