First time trying Thai and it was delicious!! Everything was fresh and hot, the Thai sweet tea was phenomenal and I’m not a big fan of milk tea but no complaints here. Thank you for your service

What a gem of a place. Noom Thai Bistro is a top notch mom and pop Bistro. An absolute stop if your in Baymeadows Jax. New favorite! Not only is the food absolutely bonkers but the couple that run this joint (Hank and D) are the most sweet, down to earth people you could have the pleasure of meeting. My table and I had a real cool convo with the owners, they really care about their customers. Highly recommend. Best Thai around. Fresh, authentic, delicious! BTW we ordered the Pad Ped with beef , the Pad Thai with chicken and the Cashew and Pineapple stir fry with chicken. The thai ice tea was outta this world and we also ordered the Lampia rolls, ate those before we could snap a pic!...lol

This was my first time at Noom after hearing reading all the wonderful reviews. First and foremost, the customer service is unmatched. I was ready to write my review as soon I got off the phone from placing my lunch order. I ordered Yellow Curry medium with mixed veggies and a Thai iced tea. The lady who took my order was so kind. She made sure to ask if there were any veggies I didn’t like and if I knew where they were located. My order was ready and waiting for me in 10 minutes. She made my tea fresh when I arrived and asked my sweetness preference. She also said she would do light ice so i would have more tea and it wouldn’t be watered down when I arrived back home. (her suggestion! Once I had my tea in hand, she proceeded to walk ahead of me and open the door for me as I had my hands full with my lunch. It truly is the little things in customer service. The food is delicious, the service was fantastic. Highly recommend. Thankyou Noom, what a gem!

I like to think of myself as a Thai connoisseur. Every where I go, I try all of the local Thai restaurants. I love spicy and authentic Thai that screams Thailand. This place fits it to the mold. Despite the unassuming location and affordable prices, the food quality and customer service are phenomenal. The owners are a Thai lady (the chef) and her husband. Both are exceptionally nice and welcoming, and our waiter was very attentive to whatever we needed and was present throughout the meal. The dishes my group ordered were: green curry (chicken), pineapple fried rice (tofu), Tom yum (chicken), pad Thai (chicken) and a vegetable plate. All were amazing. I also had the “magic” drink (which is kind of like elderflower) and it’s delicious. I would especially recommend any of the curries, as they were full of flavor and lively color. Don’t miss this place!
