Jada is the best. She is always efficient and on point. Sometimes I see customers being rude to her and she always handles them with absolute grace. She deserves a raise.

This is the dirtiest worst smelling store I've ever been in. I saw the disgusting mop and water that they clean with its no wonder smells so bad in there. It hits you as soon as you walk in...even with a mask on. It's just an old dirty smell like a dirty bar when they come in to clean In the morning. I mentioned it once and got a nasty glare...I don't know how they spend all day in that environment. I can only tolerate 3 minutes

FRIENDLY, CHILL STAFF. I GO HERE ALMOST DAILY. NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. GREAT, FRESH QUALITY CIGARETTES EVERY TIME. :

Workers are very nice and owners also. workers are helpful with any request. and work very hard. store always clean n they never run out of bibs for big gulp machine.

I went in tonight to buy a couple cigarrillos. I didn't have ID on me so I had to go home and fetch what documenta o had. The guy at the counter started cursing me out while I was showing him my id. If he wasn't going to accept it that's one thing, but the thought that you allow your employees to speak to your customers like that is appalling. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
