Puterko's Family Pizzeria - Indian Lake

I'm not sure if I was just so hungry or if it was so good, but that can be the best pizza I ever had. I will definitely go back one point.

To start 4 orders from wings and 2 pizza 's (a cheese a pep. was $110 dollars! We did not cook the wings they were unbeatable, it was pink and emptied to buy the bones. The pizza was GREESY and burned. We contacted the store by FB Messenger, Just to say we lie about the raw chicken we looked at, and said we don't understand any fresh wings. It ended all in the garbage with nothing but a FU from the place. Don't forget money here!

Delicious pizza, something overdue, but tasteful enough that it was not noticed until the crust. Fries were also delicious. Staff friendly on the phone.

So surprised to find really good NY pizza on the central adirondacks. Really great pizza dough and sauce too, and every real pizza lover knows that everything starts on a big crust, and these guys nail it. Great sandwiches delicious hot dishes. And yes, the pizza! Most pizzas are really excellent, have tried several items during the visit camping nearby over the last 3 years. They make some very different special dishes pizzas, very cool not only the usual. I'm just going to mention a pizza that isn't worth getting (unless it was a one-time mess-up maybe they have repaired it up to now? , and that was the Margherita pizza; last time we ordered that was summer 2020, although at this one order occasion someone decided to use it was OK, a heavy layer of dried basil instead of real fresh basil leaves, on a Margherita pizza! Good God, no, never do that, bitter as hell. I hope this has changed or was a one-time mistake, would confirm that they use FRESH Basilikum before ordering the Margherita. If not, they should pull it out of the menu. Any other pizza we ordered here was really good. No hesitation, we often return, at least once per trip to Indian Lake.

Wait time was over an hour and 20 min; it was explained to us that even though we ordered in person, the phone orders take precedence because a ?ringing phone is more important.? Thus phone orders placed after our in person order were prepared first. Many people were waiting for long periods. Pizza was fair: good crust; light basic sauce; toppings average. Will not return.
