Ilion dunkin has stepped up in a big way since my last visit friendly hard working staff quick service and a great product my only complaint is the prices wow !!!! Went to florintine bakery in utica and the service and products are far superior and the prices and atmosphere are better . Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Too little room allowed for drive through customers. They block in people who have parked in the lot and gone inside and the line also runs out into the street at one entrance/exit. Sometimes blocks street traffic. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

Dunkin’ is always good. They always make good on their promise of good hot coffee in winter and good strong ice cream coffee in summer or in other ways! They always give me exactly what I command, just as I like. Good quality in all their shops!
