Gerber's 1933 Taven - Utica

This place is amazing! The food here is always good, the atmosphere however and the staff really make it a place I come back to over and over again!

Went for lunch to celebrate a retirement, he picked the place so none of us had a clue what to expect.. Well it was exceeded our expectations tremendously! It was an awesome lunch. Great service... dessert to die for!! Can't wait to go back.. They even had a hummus platter for someone who didn't eat meat and bread I was very impressed!

What a find. A Must-Go place in Utica. Old fashioned cocktails, prepared professionally; atmosphere has the charm of a by gone era; and the food here is pretty good too, simply delicious.

Always a number of great local beers on tap with a hard to find Saranac pilot brew available! They make an awesome drink. The food is excellent as is the soundtrack of jazz in the background. Love the grilled cheese with artichoke hearts spinach, and the carrot coconut milk soup will surprise you with it’s perfect dash of Sriracha.

Awesome atmosphere. Great people!! Feels like my grandfather’s place. Great food!!!
