Subway - Idaho Falls

I had to repeat the brot three times. they do not know the meal of the day. I go to the thru running gear, the load is empty, and there is no answer in the running gear thru loudspeaker, I almost leave. another time, I'm going to the shop, not a team at the front. I feel like they're just hanging around the back. the employees need more discipline

Employees have been mistrained on how to prepare the products, and are not given the right tools (missing the panini press to be able to make melts). Employees clearly don't want to be there, for however many reasons, and even snapped at me when I was unable to use the restroom due to the only toilet being clogged. I've rarely seen a place mismanaged like this, and there didn't even seem to be anyone over the age of 17 in the building besides myself.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and from a “manager” I can not believe how disrespectful she was. I just wanted to get out of there, the faster the better. I will not be returning to this store. Honestly Lynzee should be fired. Please someone who is in charge of that subway I hope you read this and take action. This location seems to really struggle with customer service. I’ve been there three times and won’t ever come Back. Three strikes and you’re out. They have never had my online order ready when they say they will, and they aren’t that busy. Three employees working and only one customer in the entire place (me) and they still didn’t have anything ready. I made them remake my sandwich because most of the ingredients were smeared on the inside of the bag instead of inside the bread. It shouldn’t be this hard…..

0 stars. I brought a BOGO footlong coupon today. I was at checkout with the two sandwiches. They scanned my coupon, which says it expires on 6/25/2022. Today is 6/25/2022. They told me the coupon is expired. 5 stars for the employees who helped me and who had to be the ones to tell me something so ridiculous.
