Taqueria Rosita - Huntersville

Went here for dinner with my family had a great time the service was good. Seats are pretty limited at this restaurant so definitely come here before the lunch dinner rush. The interior is pretty nice, they have flowers vases according to my sister that they rotate the flowers every season. At this restaurant they give complimentary chips and salsa it you are running low on chips they will refill it for you : Horchata 5/5-not on the menu but definitely ask if they have it in stock before orderingMy sister been to this restaurant before highly recommended getting the horchata, and I must say, it's definitely a must have while your here! Their horchata is DELICIOUS, it has a good balance of cinnamon creaminess in it. Honestly one of the best horchata I had from other restaurants I've been to. Super Sombrero 5/5The portion for this food item is pretty big the price for it is reasonable. The shell is crispy, the food was pretty filling, had half of it as leftovers. I also tried a bite of chile relleno, the cheese inside of the Chile had a good string pull, the cheese itself was delicious with the chile.

Had lunch today. Yummy chimichanga that the kitchen kindly split onto 2 plates for us to share.Our server-Cheryl was fun and really great at getting job!! We'll be back

This place is amazing. They are one of the only places in Napa that maintains lower cost meals, but also have great quality food and great customer service.I've tried so many things here: burritos, taco salad, tacos and enchiladas. The tacos and enchiladas take the cake, by far. Their food is so fresh and nicely marinated/seasoned. This place will become a weekly stop for us.

Best Veggie Burrito I have had in Huntersville. It was amazing! There are not many options of dishes for vegetarians, but if you like burritos or gorditas, quesadillas or chips and salsa, THIS IS THE SPOT TO EAT!Keep in mind that this is a taco truck, so you will have to wait in front of the truck and take the food to go, but believe me, it is totally worth it.My husband had 3 gorditas, chicken and carne asada, and he loved his food. It comes with a small salad and grilled onions.I had the freshly made chips with salsa and a super veggie burrito.If the point is to have good Mexican food (not necessary sitting down at a restaurant) there's no need to visit any other Mexican place, order and take it to go.We will be back without a doubt.

I haven't tried many things from hear but the chicken tacos are not bad. My main complaint is that they used to be $2 and now they are $3. these are just not quite $3 tacos. I would expect a bit more flavor and better made chicken for $3.
