Subway - Huntersville

Fast attendant, good meal and healthy and their location it is always accesible.

The operating hours of this restaurant need to be updated. Our order at Subway was cancelled twenty minutes after placing it, and no one answered the phone when we tried to follow up. We attempted calling the Walmart where it is located but received no assistance there either. The only conclusion we can draw is that their hours on certain days, specifically sunny days, are different and not clearly communicated. As of August 8th, 2021, the hours listed on Google appear to be inaccurate. Overall, this experience was frustrating and unhelpful.

I hope they hire a new manager soon. The restaurant was fantastic and always prompt with their online orders, but it seems like the whole team stopped working. I'm confident that the new staff will be just as good once they have a leader, but for now, they are not adding the extra portions that were paid for, and the online orders are slower than the in-person ones. I have high hopes for this small gem that I loved.

The oven roasted chicken breast is the clear winner at this restaurant!
