I never had the staff at the Giles site so rude. The first time we ordered that we were stopped for the whole trip to the store and when I went to the store, I was still under control. Food and service are great, but it's frequently dirty. I know they are busy and short staffed, but they need to make a pass through the dining room a little more often. Their sandwiches are worth it the trip.
