Bojangles - Huntersville

More and more disappointed by bojangles and load this. I ordered 2 hours ahead to avoid the usual delays. when it was the time to get the order, I called the load and they said they had run out of huh (I ordered an 8 piece normal family meal) and they ran out of huh. a load that sells chicken. on a Saturday, and only to add, it wasn't the first time that they had run out of the huh. (It also happened on Friday morning.) so my guess is that they are not customer-oriented, or they do not want to work, or they prefer to go and get them to eat themselves. very disappointed that this has become a common situation at bojangles.

This location is terribly slow. I just spent 45 minutes in the drive thru and I was only behind 5-6 cars. They were taking nearly ten minutes per car. I got to the window and there were at least 5 people inside working, so staffing didn't seem to be an issue. Not to mention they had their doors locked so people coming to pick up mobile app orders couldn't even get their food without going into the drive through (which was taking forever). Absolutely unacceptable. Probably won't go back again.

Hey Bojangles, when your window definitely says closes at 10pm, 930 is not 10pm. Otherwise put 930. Fast food restaurants just aren't what they used to be, and I'll make sure my money doesn't go to this establishment again.

I try not to be a negative person. I try to be patient. But we waited in the drive through (dining room was closed) for over 35 minutes today. I only waited because I was stuck. I understand no one wants to work anymore, but if you can't get employees and actually serve people, maybe you should stay closed. Then, my small, 3 person order wants even correct. So frustrating.

The food I received was good and fresh. I asked about the extras I ordered and they said it's in the box I pulled off and checked the box and they forgot my large fry. My daughter went inside to get it. When I arrived home I realized they forgot the sauce as well. I ordered the family box with 8 pieces and 12 supreme, 3 sides, and an iced tea. I also ordered a large fry and 3 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. We asked for honey mustard sauce and honey for the biscuits. Imagine my annoyance at arriving all the way home to find there were no sauces or honey. At least I realized they missed my large fry which when we got was a little crisper than it should have been. Someone needs to change their oil. The people were friendly though, just not organized like they should be.
