I made an order for chicken with rice and beans... the food itself wasn't bad but rather the chicken they gave me was like the rest, it was PURE BONE. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They are constantly out of items and every time. When I eat here I always end up with stomach issues. Price per person: $10–20

Pulled up and went through the drive through and Michael took our order we forgot our glasses so he took the time to read us the menu I definitely appreciate his patience and understanding he didn’t rush us at all and helped us customize our order a bit as I wanted my meal a certain way . Also it as fairly humid outside and would be nice if you could give those guys some type of fan or a cooling station but I know it’s a stretch just thought I’d ask for them. Corn was horrible and tough no sweetness to it the chicken was a but dry but overall I give it a solo 7 out of ten and your meal don’t come with drinks just an fyi

Didn’t do this before to give it one more chance but coming to pollo tropical to find they don’t have pollo , have to wait 30 minutes that is crazy. Recurrent situation , very disappointing . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
