Domino's Pizza - Hobart

It's hit or miss. consistency is not in the menu. put an order by the app. it was received notification, it was ready to pick up, it was ready on the board, was said I had to wait until it was made (20 minutes). I was not greeted or informed that the case was until I had waited for another 10 minutes unattended. the service could be better.

The last 3 times I ordered online for the tour, I had to wait at least one hour and after the quoted pickup time a hald. I had a simple order: a pfeffer chocolate and a (prepacked) byhalate. nothing too extravagant. I understand that personal problems can slow down the service, but that is completely unacceptable.

I ordered wings and the claw knots with cheese sauce. I was disappointed. the wings were okay. the garlic knots were terrible. I won't order her again.

That was my second visit to this place. my favorite is roast beef sandwich and pastaschmeiß very good and the customer service is great. I haven't tried the pizza yet, but finally I will. the ground is well kept and it was clean inside. the coworker wore a mask and I too.

If I could give this place no stars I would. They used to be your average commercial pizza place. The last 2x I've ordered from them via online both deliveries took literally 2 and a half hours. So, both pizzas were cold. And believe me, I attempted to contact them within that 2 and a half hour spread. No one ever answers the phone. The first time we waited so long were unable to contact anyone so I spent more money ordering from Pizza Hut. And they arrived before Dominos. I called the next day to complain was offered a free pizza for my trouble my second experience I was given a free pizza. Just attempted to call them now to cash in on the pizzas. Was on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer. I just hung up. I know everyone is short staffed right now but as a franchise, the owner might want to think about jumping in there to protect the business keep it running properly. So, frustrating disappointing. Don't waste your money.
