T's Pizza . - Hobart

Called to place our order tonight and spoke to the most delightful woman. I wish I had caught her name. You could tell they were busy but she answered all my questions (we are new customers) and even talked to me about the dessert I was debating on. I always hate having to call and order. I would usually much prefer to order online because most places you are rushed, it’s too noisy or the employee just seems to be annoyed you asked a question. But not here. Now our food hasn’t gotten here yet but last weekend when we ordered it was awesome. The t-grip is my new favorite pizza, my son says they have the very best wings and the driver was polite and personable. I think customer service is just as important as the taste of the food so huge shoutout to the wonderful woman with the hiccups who talked me into the carrot cake.

Normally I don 't post this kinda stuff but I 'm definitely going too. Last Monday I ordered a brickie bread from t 's this is how they gave it to me mind you it 's not normally like this I called filed a complaint they go 'whatever you do can you not post this on social media sure no problem then they give me a credit for my account for the next time I order a brickie bread from today the lady goes at the front desk why do you have a credit? I said because last time it was burnt it looked terrible my daughter wouldn 't eat it picture below to show. She was basically stating I would 've just ate it anyways well sorry guys. Your business is becoming trash. I also posted the picture on my page to make sure everyone sees thanks for your terrible costumer service

Been a customer for over 15 yrs and will not be back. Been ordering the almost exact order for years and today my order is $7 more. I ask to talk to a manager about the discrepancy who was rude as can be. I ask her to look back at all my orders and how I was charged. She tells me she could look back but won’t change how she is charging me. I tell her we have been a customer for a long time and this is how she is treating us and we will go elsewhere. She said that sounds good and thanks and hangs up. Such a shame bc this was our go to pizza place but obviously they don’t need or want our business.

I had a great dinner tonight with my family and we appreciate the family atmosphere!

The food is great but the prices currently are outrageous. 17 for a personal pizza and order of breadsticks. I will not order again until prices are back to normal.
