Got order fries was cold and no good been eating here for years then they charge me for half cup of water very dispontied in my service very disapointed

You can order 5 hot dogs at the window apparently but not 6 ? Gentleman working inside was very sweet and helpful. The woman who took our order and got it wrong (left off 3 hot dogs even after telling us we couldn’t order 6 at the drive through) was lacking customer service. Upon us asking for the order to be corrected she insisted someone else deal with us because she was “disgusted” by us asking a question. Sad. We enjoy doghouse and will continue to go but seems to be hit or miss on employees.

Went to the doghouse today asked for two puppies with extra mayo and ketchup. Once I got home opened the bag and the hot dogs barely had any mayo on them. This is not what I asked for nor is this the first time. Photo

Drive through or get out and order.Small picnic table for 6- 8 out front.90% can get off I-40 or I-85 drive into town and return to interstates immediately or eat in the parking lot or the table out front.

Very unprofessional service. Girl took my order and another girl come in reeking of marijuana while first girl was preparing my food she then took my money was giggling as the second girl was fondling her back side at the drive thru window. You can't make this stuff up.
