I didn’t get his name but the guy that was working Thursday around 7-8 with another girl deserves to be paid more than whatever he is currently being paid. He held it down when like 5 people walked in and I’m sure the girl was in the back doing things but it was just him for a moment and he did everything he could and was still friendly. This is THE FIRST time I felt disappointed in this establishment. I usually come here and I am greeted with hospitality but today I was greeted like I was non existent to the workers. I believe it was the manager a lady with glasses and she had on a white hair net whom I had to say hello TWICE in order to get acknowledgment. Then when she finally answered she seemed annoyed that I even spoke to her I felt very uncomfortable. I asked I was here to pick up an online order and another sandwich artist whom I didn’t know was making my order interjected and finally acknowledged me as well and stated she was making my order. The lady with the hairnet proceeded to walk in the back and never came back out. She needs to be educated on customer etiquette.
Really good employees, but the first shift didn't bake any bread for second shift and by the time they would baked anymore bread they would have already closed. Someone needs to have a word with first shift about doing their job correctly. I've been in the same Subway during first shift and their were a few employees who acted like they didn't care if they did what you asked for. Like I'm just hear to make my hour's and leave. Not very happy the way they did second shift..
