Wendy's - Hialeah

This Wendy?s is disgusting the food is always cold they will ruin this business with their terrible food service the customer service is pretty good, but the food here is terrible

Thank you. I usually get only one frost, but decided to have breakfast....it was more like alternative fast food chains where the breakfast is more diner then included pharmacy... It's supposed to be eating... they could be open so I appreciate the opportunity to advertise accessories... After this very cheesy cibble smelling on the ground, I have been wound up so that I have to perceive humanity again...

I wish I couldn't give it any stars. 5 out of 5 times I have my order wrong / missing ingredients, cold or stale. In addition, the employees have an attitude. They were about 10 and 12, every 5 times. 1 to many opportunities. Never back.

I went to this place on the 5th. November 2020 at 11:40 a.m. and tried to order the 4 for 4. The guy who served on the ride, said WENDYS NO LONGER SELLS THAT, with a very bad act, then I asked about the Avocado BLT when they still sell it because I didn't see it on the screen and he told me no with a bad attitude. So I ordered a sandwich, but annoyed for the service I received, I decided not to buy anything, and the guy told me I got it out here and closed the window on me. Who worked at this time deserves to be formed by providing customer service

Unfortunately not all the staff members are friendly or respectful of customers. I will say that a couple of the employees definitely did the best they could to make up for poor treatment. Being disabled and having a service dog can be challenging when we try to go eat somewhere, one employee in particular definitely went above and beyond to make sure our food was correct and we had all of our desired condiments before we took our food. The burger s were cooked well and the french fries were extremely fresh. Definitely a location I would consider returning to again.
