Outback Steakhouse - Hialeah

Food was colder than the ice in Alaska. Meat was harder than a rock. Dont recommend at all

Horrible Take away service, they treat it like garbage. Food is over cooked, dry, or stale.

First and last time coming here. It was a Saturday night and we had no reservation , we were a party of 2 . Hostess was nice but seemed busy and overwhelmed . Our server took a while to approach us I?d say 10 -15minutes, he seemed new at the job , and well to be honest so does most of the staff . Everyone is very young and don?t really have the hospitality touch but it seemed like our server was trying .Music was a bit loud kinda had to raise my voice to talk to someoneacross the table and made it hard to hear . They never picked up the dirty plates from our table from the appetizers and bread . Also, I didn?t really like the fact that my chicken was literally on top of the ribs ,I feel like the Mac ncheese didn?t have to be placed on the same plate and given the chicken that space . Here is a timeline of my night 8:33pm check in at the host stand 10-15 minute wait time. We stay and wait . Party of 2 8:53pm we received a text ?yourtable is ready? we go in immediately and get sat . 9:09 our server approaches us for the first time , thankfully we reviewed the menu before and ordered instantly! 9:30pm Our drinks and bread arrived took a while) 9:41pm food arrives .Nothing really stood out . It was all very blend. My favorite part was the strawberry lemonade

Wednesday 2pm quite quiet. group of two sat instantly and the host came right over with menus and took drinks order . they gave us warm bread while reviewing the menus . Food arrived within 20minutes. host checked on us multiple times and always kept drinks topped up. Not too bad of a price either for a steakhouse!. (pictured bloomin' fried chicken, and two sides)

Amazing experience! we came to lunch with the family and the hospitality was amazing. we saw 2 manager patrick and matt gentry, which was also the owner. they were pleasant, interacting with our children and very polite! our server was great her name is victoria asked to sit with her! she was well informed about the menu and very attentive! the meal was perfect! they delivered fast, hot and tasty eating! the rib was perfectly cooked! thanks hialeah outback dale!
