We had to wait a long time (every time at noon, where, of course, a lot is going on) because the young woman from the drive had to use the complete counter (as if she were alone responsible for accepting and delivering all orders, which is why there are still 3 stars). There it must not be surprising that the kindness remained on the track and half was missing when ordering (unfortunately this was also true for the occupancy of the burgers.... on a Bacon burger just missing this one).
Tuesday evening we waited 30 minutes to get told that half of our order was sold out and this is no longer available today. All employees were overwhelmed. Sweet sauce was also empty. At the end, after endless waiting with half food. Yes, it can be stressful, but employees should at least know what to do and tell customers what to do earlier.
Last week to notice how dirty the restaurant is in Heinsberg. The tables have not been wiped off for weeks, sticky floor. All this, however, is in the shadow of the employee who thinks to smoke in front of the door, then do not wash his fingers to lie without gloves burger. We are horrified of the conditions that have not been like this since yesterday! Aside from the completely covered waiting times. This is urgently needed!
It takes so long every time you get your food, even if there is little going on, then often with mistakes. This means that it usually leads me to direct competition, although it actually tastes better here. Too bad.
I'm always very happy. And if there is a longer waiting time, it's not a problem either. Staff are trying their best. If we want to have the products fresh and hot, you should also bring a little waiting time, especially when too many customers come at the same time.
