Papitos Mexican Grill - Hattiesburg

Extremely long wait time. Ordered guacamole and never received. Food was decent. My child commenced to vomiting the cheese quesadilla he ate there on our way home. Coincidence? Who knows. Proceed with caution, I won’t be back.

Placed a pickup order and when I got home part of my order was missing. Called the store requesting a refund for the missing item and the workers refused because the owner “doesn’t allow credit card refunds.” So just paid for nothing apparently. Won’t be back.

The actual food was very good. Tune salsa was the only exception. It was almost like water, very runny.Again, the main dish was very good. The service, or at least our server was not very attentive, slow to respond to request, maybe he was new. I'd stop in again if back in the area.

This place has the worst customer service took like 25 mins to get are appetizer and the salsa is ketchup . They enchiladas were hard no sauce on the enchiladas. The kids said the rice and beans is probably the best part of the whole meal. The wife said the margaritas is probably the best thing here. Almost like an hour to get a food with only about 10 people in here.

This place is absolutely horrible. The service was probably the worst of any resturant i have ever been to. We waited over twenty minutes for an appetizer and had to repeatedly ask for our food/asked to take our order.
