Applebee's - Hattiesburg

I went to Applebee on Saturday night and it was very busy. She was sitting at the bar. The staff was friendly but very slow when ordering and not very attentive. The restaurant was a bit clean, but given the crowd of people, I would say you are obliged to see some chaos. I ordered the shrimp-mounted duck and my friend ordered the salmon that came with Mac and cheese together with Broccoli. I do not enjoy the shrimp luxus, which was described as roasted shrimps with sommes and a spicy sauce on it. I had extra sauce, because the meal had hardly any. The food wasn't hot when I got it. I ordered the blondie Brownie to dessert. Very disappointed. It didn't look like the picture. They put the cream cheese frosting on the side and as I asked for my ice cream on the side, they put it in a bowl on the hot skill that completely melted my ice. Ten minutes later they came out with another topping. I didn't know if I had to prepare the dessert myself. Don't think I'll make a trip here soon.

Me and my coworker did mobile order online listed my vehicle for curbside. After order was placed it sent a message saying to text here once we made it. Stated our food would be ready byb12:50. I pull in we both send text. Her food comes out in about 5 minutes but not mine. I ask where mines is and inform her it was 2 orders she says just a sec. Then minutes later she comes out to inform me that my order didn't come through. I pull up the message and she takes my phone in to show manager the confirmation. After another 5 minutes of waiting I go in. The finally give me my order. The food was good but by the time I got mines the other order was cold.

This Applebee's was beyond disappointing. The bathrooms were filthy: no paper towel, soap. Took 10 minutes to get drinks, appetizers came out after food. The cheeseburger came out with no cheese! Oh and server dumped marinara sauce all over my new shirt. The manager didn't seem to care much about the situation. Disappointed to say the least.

I couldn't believe that anyone would send it out from the kitchen nor that a waitress would actually serve it. The manager even shook his head as soon as he saw it. The staff was sitting around not being attentive. The whole experience was disappointing. It will be a very long time before I visit this establishment again.

Not a good experience. They were literally 'out ' of 2 of the dishes I had ordered. Bartender was relatively friendly but obviously inexperienced and not well trained. Manager 's husband seemed to be sitting at the bar drinking for free. Tables all around were dirty and the hostess was seated almost the entire time I was there. This place just seems to be poorly ran in most every sense.
