Ordered from the Suparossa side. Always great pizza, friendly staff, decent prices
I have discovered Cucina Biagio in 1997. It was called Suparosa. Before they built this new building creating a gorgeous Italian restaurant. I became friend with the owner and the management just like everyone who dines there. The people there are just very friendly and food is great. The best and the only restaurant in this part of town. Highly recommended. Thank you Rose, Elissa and Marco.
I had my bridal shower here today and the second we got there, it was a mess. They doubled book part of the room that was part of our reservation. Made us 45 minutes late to start our event because they had to move things around while our guest started arriving. Once everything settled down, we finally began the party, food was good and everyone enjoyed it. We had a contract of 90 plated food with Italian ice and drinks (soda, tea and coffee) included with cash bar. The server took it upon himself to start a tab saying that the groom agreed with it without following the actual contract that myself, my fiancé and the owner had sign. The servers kept asking the guest what they wanted to drink and when they say “coke/soda”, they would insists that they ask for alcoholic drinks. They forced us to pay an extra $700 which they cut in half because of the “miscommunication”. I was very disappointed in this place, for the amount they charged I expected better service. They definitely lost a long time customer. When asked for the owner, Alyssa spoke to us but was no help at all. If anything is changed in the contract, a new contract should have been made and resigned by the appropriate people. Future Hosts BEWARE.
We took our aunt out for lunch and the food was delicious but the best part the owner Rose came over and chatted with our, aunt-Zia, in Italian. Very friendly owner and staff.
