The Jet Cafe -  Hamilton,

I've included pictures of the menus. You have to go up to the counter to order but then they bring it to your table. It's like eating in the heart of Hamilton at this restaurant.

Great food and nice people, but the place is very run down. Black mold in the basement by the washrooms, flies all over the front windows, blood on the ceiling near the front windows, all the light covers look like they've never been cleaned, trim is broken or just missing everywhere, the bathrooms are just horrible all around, the plywood coffee counter is separating, etc.Would be great if it got cleaned up, I get that it was closed for the pandemic but they've been open for at least months now, maybe more than a year. Time to start either cleaning up the place or sell it.

Bang for the buck. This spot is a gem. I was stuck for an hour in Hamilton on a Saturday morning and decided to pop in for quick breakfast. Staff are nice and food came out quickly. We need more places like Jet Cafe. But since there’s only one, I suggest you check it out.

Jet Cafe is a staple breakfast cafe of Hamilton. It's long time presence in the International Village of the downtown core is a draw among the early birds and night shifters.Their menu has an awesome mix of breakfast foods... from staples like Big Breakfasts combos of eggs, bacon, ham, and perogies with all sorts of toppings and the classic home fries.Or if you're more in the mood of sweet tooth and want to treat yourself, there are pancakes and french toast.Can't forget eggs benedict, always a great and filling option for a brunch.And if all you're looking for is to pickup a fast and steaming cup of coffee, you can't go wrong with the variety of selections.Jet Cafe is my favorite breakfast joint. Reliable, consistent, friendly and welcoming atmosphere where the staff are always happy to serve everyone.My favorite part is they display local artists paintings and photography that you can buy. You never know what's going to catch your eye with the variety of artworks!

I am unbelievably happy with my breakfast order today. Not only did they include utensils but also ketchup packets!!! That's a huge first with any order I've ever made. I'm greatful for making my Saturday amazing with delicious food in my belly ?
