Eating was really good and we had a great waiter when we visited!

Old yatch theme with attentive service and good food. tasty paella and tapas. cocktails were too strong and bread not so good. tableside tiramisu is a must.

My favorite restaurant in fairmont southampton. I'm looking to go back to try their other options. ordered their garnelen scampi pasta and it was delicious. they say it is made to house pasta. I can't say it, but it's better than most I had. too. downside is open for a short time and sometimes it is accidentally closed.

Conveniently located in the lobby of the Fairmont. We ordered the seafood paella to share. It was pretty tasty and plenty of food. The seafood was great. The atmosphere inside was made to look like a ship dining hall. It 's one of the more reasonable priced restaurants on the property. You do need to make a reservation but they can be made the same day. Family friendly.

We really enjoyed the new Mediterra Restaurant at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel (former Newport Room and then Gastropub). Friendly hostess wait staff and great atmosphere. The new menu with tapas and shared dishes as well as land sea entrees was interesting and delicious indeed! This is with the exception of the muffin pizza on the Kids Menu which was rather odd and not very tasty. All in all though, thumbs up!!
