Devil's Isle Cafe - Hamilton

As a zöliakie, I had to do a little work here to make sure that I am not glutenized. I had the chicken chorizo sandwich on Focaccia bread. it was good. the fries are not gluten-free here. make sure that they ask many to their order and they will be in order.

Not impressed, gluten-free brot was not good, personal unfriendly, first time we tried to eat here we ignored for 15 minutes, not worth the pretentious prices

Order a grilled cheese and pommes . the grill. cheese failed w nima and the pommes were ok w nima . this restaurant is very conscientious and would like to provide safe meals for celiacs. pretty sure they buy a nima and test their own food

Our food was fast and it was very good. they knew everything about gluten-free.

They put barley in my gluten free salad! I can’t believe it—I ordered a bowl that was marked gluten free on the menu. I felt sick for over a week after having that meal, and it was terrible. Will never come back and do NOT recommend this place. We also asked for gluten free bread and we received bread made with ordinary FLOUR in addition to the bowl with barley even after clearing stating we needed gluten free items. Lady who took the orders was very rude and didn’t seem to want to work with us.
