Victoria's Steak Seafood - Hamilton

Victorias I made a reservation for 5 people to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We were seated in a booth, set for 4 so the server passed us cutlery and a napkin to the person (my wife) seated at the end of the table. I would have thought with a reservation for 5 at a high end restaurant, our table could have been set and ready for our party. The food was all very good (albeit one rib eye steak was pretty heavy with salt). We asked for another glass of red wine to accompany the steak and it came just before we finished dinner. Our son received his main dish incorrectly twice which our server apologized for and made amends. The rest of the family waited until our son was served his proper meal which meant our meals were not as hot as they should have been. My feeling is the restaurant was short staffed, I do not take issue with the wait staff. However the kitchen and management could improve on making the dining experience a little more elevated or “exquisite” as per your website.

Our experience was very good as the food quality and service exceeded our expectations and we look forward to our return. Would highly recommend this Restaurant to any of our friends. Thank you for a great night

Service and drinks were great, Apps were delicious. Steaks on the other hand were very salty, killed the whole vibe. I will try again though.

This place never disappointed. eating was exceptional, like the service. the best place in the city.
