Osmow's - Hamilton

Food is decent good depending on the day. However on my last visit I saw plastic burning on the grill where chicken is cooked, it had melted on there as the bag of raw chicken was being placed onto the grill.

Food is delicious as always at Osmow 's. And they have great plant based options. However, the service is OK. Even though I had a discount code (QR code) for 20% off, they did not give it to me, and the reason for that they said is they do not have a scanner to scan the code. They then expected a tip for the service, but it 's literally a fast food restaurant, and it 's all self-service. Then they made my wrap so spicy I couldn 't eat it! (I asked for the medium spicy sauce and they have Sauces upto to extremely spicy)

I had the Falafel wrap it was fresh and the sauces and everything was up to the mark and the best thing now they are open till 2 a.m on Friday and Saturday . One of my favourite locations.

Very clean and calm atmosphere to have food pleasantly. Good customer service as well. Thank you?
