Indian Chinese Halal Hakka - Hamilton

Had ordered veg manchurian dry and paneer chilly from this place. Its the first and last time i am ordering from this place. They should literally close this food business and get into something else. The food quality was so pathetic. Paneer chilly was like as if they added pieces of paneer in a Soup. the gravy was completely like water. No taste at all. Also the Manchurian was too bad in taste. Dont get these things from this place guys. i just wasted my $24 for such stale food

We ordered Hakka cuisine at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the food we received did not accurately reflect the true flavors of Hakka cuisine. It was the worst Hakka food I have ever tasted. The corn and chicken soup seemed more like a curry with a few pieces of corn, a slice of lime, and chicken added in. I would not recommend ordering Hakka food from this restaurant. Perhaps their North Indian dishes are better, but I am not willing to take that chance. BG

This restaurant was excellent in 2019, but has since declined in quality. The original head chef has left and the current staff lack experience and skill. The pricing on the menu does not match what you are actually charged, which is disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend this place anymore.

When I inquired about the name of the person I was speaking to, they childishly responded with "buddy," so all employees are referred to as "buddy." This is a red flag. The staff at this restaurant does not know how to follow special instructions. I confirmed with the employees that no spicy chili is an option at the restaurant, but when I called to inform them, they failed to follow the instructions. This could have potentially harmed someone with allergies. The employee I spoke to got defensive and suggested I contact Uber instead of taking responsibility. This shows a lack of concern for customers and their requests. I was not satisfied with the service I received over the phone. It seems unlikely that they would even inform the cook about the mistake. If no spicy chili is an option, why can't they follow it? Mistakes can happen, so if you're willing to take your chances, go ahead. The food is good, but the service is terrible. Criticizing the service might result in the phone being hung up on you, showing zero accountability. It seems like the owner's attitude is reflected in the employees, as they would not provide me with a way to contact them.

Great food and taste. Although shop looks small from outside it was great. Would definitely recommend to try out if you are looking for hakka cuisine. Has online ordering as well.
