Nice little restaurant in the heart of Hackettstown! The Taro fries were delicious (the sauce is so good), tasty bubble tea, miso soup was yummy, and all our meals were great. Also found it fun that you can refill your water right from the table; wish more restaurants did this. Parking: $0.25/hr but the restaurant will actually give you a quarter if you ask to cover it

My husband and I stopped by for the first time after running errands and basically had the restaurant to ourselves. The service was first class and the food delicious! We had the vegetarian spring rolls, yellow fried rice and mushroom fried rice. The portion sizes were generous and we both had leftovers. I also tried the popping bubble tea (mango) which was a great accompaniment to my meal. We highly recommend that you patronize TOPO restaurant. Vegetarian options: Excellent preparation, seasoning and visual presentation.

They have such a nice gluten-free selection. The gluten-free chicken tenders, empanadas, summer rolls. A mixture of Asian and American food. Plenty to choose from.
