Caernarfon Kebab, Burger Pizza House

Disappointing. What kind of kebab shop takes your order and doesn't offer salt and vinegar for your chips or sauce for your kebab before wrapping it up? Definitely amateur service at best.

Really disappointed. Ordered some food with friends to go with a few beers. Food arrived and my pizza was missing from the order having been charged. Phoned up to ask for the pizza to be delivered as explained by the driver but the manager said there was little time for this. Offered a free pizza the next day but that didn’t do anything to the hunger I had at the time. Poor communication and service.

This restaurant experience was very disappointing overall. The lady at the cash register took the wrong order, the customer service was terrible, and the staff, especially the girl at the cash register, were rude and disrespectful. The food was uncooked and if you order a separate salad, all you get is onion. To top it off, we were overcharged.

This restaurant review is terrible. I called for delivery and ordered my usual items. Over the phone, I was told the total would be £17.80, but when the delivery arrived, the bill was £19.40. This felt like a scam and the customer service was unhelpful and rude. They couldn't explain where the extra money came from. I checked the total on their website and it was indeed £17.80. It seems like they overcharge customers at will. We used to order from this restaurant often, but not anymore!
