Panera Bread In Upper Arl - gton

First time at this location. Workers were nice, but they have 2 places where you can pick up your food, and it wasn't made clear when they took my order. I went to the food pickup counter that looked like all the other Paneras I have been to. 15 minutes passed my order was not showing up and it looked like no one was preparing any orders. I asked about it and they said there was no order for me. I verified that I had placed my order and where, and was informed that my order was over on some other counter. They apologized, but should have made it clear in the first place where to pick up the order. Not a great experience, but now I know for future visits.

Went straight to the store 204756, 6:46pm after the bad one in Hilliard location. Great service, staff are wearing uniform, were busy cleaning the place, and not just standing around. I ended up with 3 bagels (2 Choc Chip and Asiago) and Cranberry Orang Muffin. Spend more than I anticipated. But it’s worth the drive to get what I wanted. Difference of a good manager. Retrain your Hilliard 204770 managers and staff.

Very fresh and delicious food. The best Panera I’ve had in years. I’ve ordered to go twice and the food was delicious both times. The Mac n cheese, strawberry poppyseed salad, avocado bacon Turkey sandwich, broccoli cheddar soup, baguettes, and cinnamon crunch bagel were all delicious and fresh.

Coffee frequently runs out and a couple of the team members consistently have attitudes. Not sure why I keep coming other than the location. For the prices charged I would hope for at least a smiling face at checkout.

The lady making sandwiches ignores customers instead of directing them to where their order can be picked up like a good person would. Ridiculous.
