I choose this rating because the service and hospitality was not all there like it used to be to be and we’ve been going there before Co-vid. Be careful when u order cause if u get home from a long of work and ur order is wrong the GM C. Lara said s gonna want that order taken back to the restaurant so, she can see with her own 2 eyes. Which means u would have waste gas to drive back. And they not gonna reimburse u on gas. So, sadly I’m just not gonna give my business to Pei Wei anymore if they don’t want to own up tie there mistakes. Customer service has been sad lately it be dirty tables and where drinks station be sticky and dirty

We love coming to Pei Wei. Delicious as always and the new Hot Honey Chicken is great! Not too spicy, but just spicy enough.

We love this place! I was always nervous to try and finally caved and im hooked! They also have awesome member incentives!

Me and my boyfriend came to eat here to try it. They could be a little less stingy on the proportions. Teriyaki chicken is not good, I recommend ordering a different entree. Also you get a choice between brown or white rice. And if you want fried, it’s $2.29 additional. We will not be coming here again. Rice Wok is the best and Panda is the second best.

Worst meal I have ever had at a pei wei. Chicken was not cooked, may have been open near heat but not cooked at all . Tasted like rubber . Bourbon chicken was not prepared correctly either and was basically cold rice . People cooking were joking with each other not checking food Temps and just served us raw chicken . I would highly recommend you avoid this place unless you enjoy being sick.
