Friendly Thai - Groton

I can't wait to give my money to this amazing place! The only issue is that they had to temporarily close for repairs due to problems with their kitchen hood. I have been eagerly waiting for them to announce their reopening every week, only to be disappointed each time. Friendly Thai, when will you be open again? I'm ready to exchange my money for your delicious food!

I could easily make this my go-to spot. This is by far the best Thai food I've ever tasted. I'm a fan of drizzle, and they certainly don't skimp on it here. If you're not a fan of too much heat, don't worry - they can adjust the spiciness levels to your liking. Takeout is available for convenience, and the interior of the restaurant is stunning and never overcrowded. Although parking is located on the road, it's not a major issue since the restaurant doesn't get too packed inside.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes in a small yet cozy and beautiful environment. It gets crowded quickly as many people come to dine in or place pick-up orders. While eating inside, diners can observe the hustle and bustle of the pick-up orders being prepared and the phone constantly ringing - a good sign of delicious food being served.

I am a regular customer of friendly thai and they never stop to surprise me. today I ordered the basil sauce and it was absolutely wonderful! Typically a curry eater, the green curry was always my way too, but with friendly thai I feel comfortable at the branching out and try new dishes. I always enjoyed everything they do. good, filling and friendly, what could you ask for more? Thank you. friendly thai!

They have real spicy levels, not ‘watered down for Americans’ spicy levels. I ordered five on a scale of five and I was pretty much on fire, but pleasant fire. Very delicious and I appreciate the spice level. I was craving spicy at the time. I had the pineapple fried rice which was very good. Also the pumpkin curry my friend got was also very good
